Suggested Use:

Light a candle and your favorite incense while you fill the bathtub. Speak to the water your intention: to foster self-love and acceptance and/or healing.

Pour 1/2 or full bottle into bathtub. Chose a mantra such as "I love my beautiful, healthy body," and speak your mantra while lovingly bathing.

Dry off with a clean towel. Put on your favorite comfy cloths. You may also wish to anoint yourself with Self-Love Anointing Oil.
